How the services operate

Although the products in themselves are wonderful, it is the service we provide which keeps our mats working round the clock for you. Mats quickly become saturated with dirt and stop working. They need regular, thorough cleaning to work effectively.

Our mats are designed so that the soiling they collect falls between the fibres and is hidden from view, so that between services your mats still look great. Vacuuming alone cannot remove this. Professional laundering is the only way to ensure your mats keep working hard.

Each fortnight (weekly for ImageGuard), our service delivery driver will come to your premises to roll up and remove your dirty mats and replace them with clean ones. We call this our 'lift and lay' service. The dirty mats are taken to our processing plants where they are washed at a high temperature to dislodge all of the dirt held at the bottom of the pile. The mats are then tumble dried to restore the pile to an upright position so that each fibre stands up and acts like a brush under foot.
